Verizon Rewards Cant Fix My Address
The address for my account for Verizon Fios Rewards is not correct. I have been trying to get the staff to change my address so I can redeem the points I accumulate through my Verizon Fios account. I have been asking for the change since June, have talked to about 8 different people, emailed at least 10 times and even called Verizon itself who wasn't able to assist me (because my address is right in their system) and directed me back to the Rewards staff. I just don't know what to do!!!
